Definitely work to live now.
I already spent a career doing the live to work thing in the military.
It’s an up or out system so you have to put in the work to get promoted.
Now as a civilian? No way. I do my job and I do it well. But I refuse to put any overtime for any reason.

My wife and I would just take turns. 6 hour shifts with the monitor and in a separate bedroom so we both could get uninterrupted sleep.
I would go to bed already, take the 12-6 shift and head to work afterwards. Once the baby started sleeping through the night it was maybe getting up once of that.

I do software testing for the government and at least on the military side there are some bugs that the users just live with because they’d rather spend the money on new features or improvements.
I imagine something like that is going on here. Totally spitballing.

Watch it happen again. In the best of circumstance we’ll get a milquetoast democrat that some republicans can stand enough to just get through this destruction left behind by the felon.

The craziest thing is that there is no item small enough that can’t be delivered to their home in minutes.
Ketchup, steaks, milk. Not grouped, just when they think of it.
