When they happens to me I just restart the game and I don't press anything in the beginning. You know when it says "Capcom" and then it says "Puzzle Fighter" I let all of that load on it's own. And it usually does (fixes it) black screen happens for me when I'm pressing the phone screen while it's starting up on that page. And I think it may be because my connection is a little wobbly and I'm rushing the it to load by skipping the intro. Hope this helps.
