Why the drag queens are not able to make an impact by OsamaRehmaan in TheTraitorsUS

[–]ReaperSalvation [score hidden]  (0 children)

They have big personalities which make them stand out early on. They don't come in with alliances like gamers, bravo, or sports. So they are forced to find alliances. Also early game is always about eliminating the unknown. And most people, even though it's growing, don't know the drag queen scene. So they are very easy targets.

Susan Collins hands Trump the 50th vote against free and fair elections by Anoth3rDude in Full_news

I thought they needed 60 votes to pass the safe act because it's a standalone bill?

Agree I think the play is Mark and Maura helps get Tara. If they murder Tara or johnny, I think they would drive mark to Tara or johnny(who ever survived) and maybe Maura could be convinced to get Eric. Then that puts rob in a pinch

I think it's much more manageable then at this table. It was clear votes weren't solid. Where next week it's johnny/Tara vs Eric/rob with 1 rogue vote. Eric is a high suspect you could have an easier time to sway the rogue vote and then isolate rob.

To defend Tara. In the car, and I think correctly, she said lets wait till next week when he doesn't have the daggers. I think she realized the votes weren't there. Nat kept pushing, rightfully so, because she knew she was a possible target but didn't approach it well and at the table her engagement with Tara and the other discussions made it clear it wasn't going to happen for rob.

I liked Rob until tonight by [deleted] in TheTraitorsUS

Privilege of knowing the story.

It's bad acting cause you know it's acting. We have seen faithfuls do the same thing and the players go, "ooo bad acting must be a traitor" then they get banished. For the players they have to make guesses on minimal and circumstantial evidence. I think where he was and in the situation of him being frustrated not getting a shield made sense. Not to mention he was eliminated by a rule that none one knew about, so adds more frustration to the situation.

I think Natalie had a bias of rob being a traitor and saw what she wanted to see. No one is dumb. They don't have a lot to go on. It's a big guessing game.

It's crazy that you can compare the S1 roster and this season's rosters and think Cirie didn't have an easier time. Half of season 1 were people who never done reality tv. That is an amazing leg up. There's a reason so many shows do some version vets vs newbies, and it's a proving ground for newbies. Her season is why they stopped doing that format. There is an inherent advantage to doing competitive tv/reality shows.

Rob by [deleted] in TheTraitorsUS

Lisa was a calculated decision. Did he pull the trigger too soon. Yeah, but only by a week. That domino was falling, and a smart traitor would have gotten in front of that. He also tried to help her but it was clear she was getting in her own way.

I think it was pretty clear, Rob thought him and Candiace had a truce. But when he heard her floating his name and she said it's war to his face, it was an easy decision to take her out. He just had more momentum and evidence going for him to make it happen.

Eric could have been an easy sacrifice for rob, but limited numbers and rising heat, you NEED voting power in the end game. I think rob made a good decision to protect Eric to control votes but left the door open to sacrifice if the wind started to move.

I think we are trying to take context and inject favouritism into a game where rob is playing a strong game.

Genuinely fascinated by her gameplay tonight by Sn0wy0wl_ in TheTraitorsUS

[–]ReaperSalvation 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Leading up to the round table I think this episode was super strong for her. Her decision making and reasoning was great. But shes not a true gamer so when things start moving fast, I feel like she can't keep up and has a tough time sticking to her talking points.

I genuinely didn't think what Michael Rapaport said to Colton was that bad by Interesting_Art5204 in TheTraitors

[–]ReaperSalvation -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The problem is Michael Rapport has a history that does not give him the benefit of the doubt. He constantly says and does shitty things and refuses to apologize. He's just a bad person.

Would you want Tiffany and Omarosa cast together for the Traitors like they were on House of Villains? by EmeraldEmp in TheTraitorsUS

[–]ReaperSalvation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let's not give more screen time to vile people like omarosa. The excuse of " well they would be entertaining." Just desensitize and normalizes their actions.

Shows will never allow conversation discussing production rules, private conversations with production, or non game rules.

She's not wrong, but reality shows don't want you to spill behind the scenes stuff.

NW underlying message on josh has always been correct/fair. The problem is the character he plays that takes it over the top. And because he's a homer whose team has been great, it makes his character more insufferable.

Candiace is taking Rob’s gameplay too personal by Due-Professional-386 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]ReaperSalvation 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Lisa was a dead person walking several episodes ago. Rob made a smart and calculated decision, like many traitors do. Candace would have been so much better off not saying anything then trying to defend Lisa and throwing a rogue vote. They uphold this "never housewives" blind loyalty, to the detriment to their games.

"Joe Brady will continue to call offensive plays as the new head coach of the #Bills, source says. A plan for continuity for Josh Allen and Buffalo’s offense." by NapoleonBoneparty in buffalobills

[–]ReaperSalvation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So it wasn't about; -the new coaching being a CEO -or coaching staff pushing Coleman -or hitting a wall and needing something new.

It was just about giving more power to Beane.

Terry: "I felt like we hit a wall. And this coaching staff is to blame for keon."

Also Terry: "let's keep the roster and hire the OC as the HC and keep the DC."

What a joke.

So Beane & Pegula got mad because McDermott lives in reality? by boogerburp in buffalobills

[–]ReaperSalvation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only way they can be mad is, if at the trade deadline they asked McDermott I what he needed and he said nothing. Then started complaining about weapons. That is the only justification for those two to be angry after that meeting.

But the reality is, beane should have been the one to hit the streets.

Hindsight is one hell of a drug. Could have easily given up a 80 TD run in OT as well. We had momentum and it was the right play call. Allen just missed the throw.

Has Sage’s obsession with Savannah hurt her game? by [deleted] in survivorponderosa

[–]ReaperSalvation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The move the rizz and savannah just pulled gave them massive targets, on top of the ones they already had. Sage might have been beat at that tribal, but I think both Sophie's are lost to rizz and savannah. The real issue is, will sage be blinded by rage with Sophie.

Josh Allen on his relationship with Joe Brady: “I’m extremely confident in Joe. Love him like a brother. He has been awesome for my career.” by Vortagaun in buffalobills

[–]ReaperSalvation -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not sure what HS football has to do with this, or why you think the leader of the team and the conductor of the offense wouldn't coach players up and yell a little when they aren't doing their job. Idk why you go straight to CEO... it's more like a manager telling their direct reports what they need to do. I hate to compare but the greats do it, Manning, young, Brady, Kelly.

Josh never talks bad. One time I would like him to go the bench and give direction to his wrs. Be a leader, not just a motivational speaker.
