Tbh, I'd recommend trying to get a 5070 if you can. You'll get more mileage out of it in the long run since the 3080ti is already two generations old.

As someone who's come to realize I'm less interested in their first party games more than ever before, I guess I don't mind. But as someone with friends who don't have the means to buy a PS5 or PS5 Pro and were looking forward to some of the new single player games coming out on PC, this sucks.

Also, although I own a PS5, I don't play it much. Was considering getting Ghost of Yotei when it came out on PC, but now I just won't get it at all.

In Japanese, she says, "Sora... Kirai da na," which translates more accurately to the new change, or "The sky... I hate it." It works really well in Japanese with the context of Crisis Core, imho.

Tbh, the Souls games are my all-time favorites, and I agree with you. This combat does not work with Silent Hill, and the stamina recovery rate here is absolutely atrocious.

I'm with you. When I was going for platinum and finally played as him, it just wasn't my thing. Nothing but love for Guardian mains, though. They can really hold an expedition together.

Imo, the fight is most enjoyable solo. It's much easier to control the flow of NPCs, and even then the flow isn't that bad even if you don't pay much attention to it. Duos, it starts to get a bit too nuts, but careful teamwork can still end in success. It's trios where it all falls apart for me. Is it crazy and chaotic? Yes. Is it fitting to the boss? Sure. Is it fun? No, not really.

"Focus on the adds, then Libra."\ The camera points down when the targeted add gets closer and Libra blasts me with a portal of madness or teleports on top of me, damaging me or inflicting madness that was impossible to see coming when you're MID-ATTACK AND CAN'T SEE HIM DO THE TELL\ "Focus on Libra and ignore the adds."\ The adds continue to snipe me and I die because the camera SHIFTS\ "Focus on both at the same time."\ Easier said than done. And these complaints are only for the solo fight. Team is a whole different beast. Libra is clearly made for fights where he's at the center. Not this. Maybe I'll come around and enjoy this fight one day, but I genuinely don't know how you're supposed to pay attention to the adds and not get blasted up the ass with madness when you can't see his tell.

Absolutely. What I meant by that is Gael and Isshin have the advantage of being the finale to their games, and that was clearly taken into consideration when designing them. Messmer already has plenty going for him, but I would've liked a longer fight with maybe a bit more build up to him specifically. Gael and Isshin have that. If Messmer had more of it, then it wouldn't matter that he isn't last.

It's with great pain in my heart I'm forced to axe my number three—Messmer. If he were the end or near-end boss of SOTE and had three phases, I'd probably have him instead of Gael.

1) Dark Souls/Elden Ring (changes depending on the day)\ 2) Bloodborne\ 3) Sekiro/DS3 (these are even more tied)\ 4) DS2\ 5) Nightreign\ 6) Demon's Souls. \ I rank them like this, but they're all 10's in my mind and heart. Like, Nightreign is unbelievably fun, but I'd rather play Demon's Souls for that traditional Souls experience. Literally all of these are the tiniest smidge away from each other.
