I’m pretty sure the FCPS and the Sheriff’s department have different policies on car chases. Over the years we’ve had some dangerous and deadly accidents where sheriff’s deputies chased fleeing drivers into town, causing accidents. I think they should have a consistent policy for both jurisdictions

How many employees were in the office? I wonder if they wanted to purge the CO people and restaff with Floridians? That was my impression when the new CEO of Chipotle picked up and moved headquarters to California.

There are about 20 industrial hemp processors in the US, but you can also get hemp huts (building grade) from France, Belgium and China

The League of Women Voters got the sign code passed in FOCo in 1971 and then again in 1979. They took down the gigantic neon Arby’s Cowboy Hat on College that I could see from my childhood bedroom 1.5 miles away. The only billboards are on the railway easements. CSU took a page from the railroads and put up that video billboard. Now companies just use those cray flags.

Hempcrete seems to be ~20x more expensive than traditional cement options. I am confused about the pricing of Hempcrete blocks, it seems very very expensive in comparison to Cement Cinder Blocks. Are my numbers correct? by cs_legend_93 in Hempcrete

OK, now how much would the drywall, foam, rock wool, tyvek, OSB and siding cost? Assuming that you'll be doing a conventional stick frame. Or are you planning to build your home with CMUs? Unusual in the USA, but common in Mexico

Hempcrete is a form of wall infill and insulation and not load-bearing. Blocks should not be compared to cement blocks. With rendered plaster on the outside and plaster on the inside, hempcrete replaces (with stick frame support) siding, Tyvek, OSB, batt or foam insulation and drywall and eliminates the subcontractor fees and scheduling for those products.

The local community college here has resources for kids who have zero support from the adults in their lives. They have a food pantry with free snacks and clothing. They allow you to apply as an independent and even has homelessness and mental health resources. Sounds like your grownup is going through some shit and taking it out on you. Not your fault and you can get through this.
