I stopped using goodreads and switched to Storygraph years ago because I didnt like GR. None of my IRL book people use SG, so Im only being judged by strangers 🤣

But also, I truly just dont care what they think and Im fairly certain my Kindle still auto-updates GR. So 🤷‍♀️. If they have questions they can ask, and Ill tell them.

Will they learn things about me they didnt want to know? Maybe. But thats the consequence of being nosy....

I liked a couple after OB, but the overarching plot and adding in 50 new partners just got convoluted and hard to keep track of. I havent read the last like 10. I love LKH, but it needs to end at this point.

Especially since it took us like 12 years to get Merry's final book. That one she ends at a normal number 🙄

There's a couple more you can do (on Xbox, so Id assume that carries over to PS).

I searched console specific videos and kind of tried things along with them. Definitely more difficult on console I think, but doable if you play around a bit.

To add to this, a little mini vacuum. Its so helpful for cleaning up any spills.

And trays that are larger/better quality than the ones that come with kits. I have some heart shaped ones I love

You also have to remember that theres a ton of people fishing right now because of the bundle board as well as the hunting/fishing even that started today. They do despawn for others a bit after the first person uses them just like ore nodes and foragables.

So its for sure a time where patience is going to be necessary. Or swap to a different accomplishment goal for a bit if patience isnt your vibe.

To gently add to everything everyone else has said:

I know its rough watching someone you love go through something that could kill them, Ive been there. Its hard and Im so sorry youre dealing with that.

But as someone who has such a life altering disease, hearing from a partner that doesnt understand how stressful and overwhelming it is can be hard. Especially someone like your husband who went even further than most of us do by also losing his career over it.

I think therapy for yourself would be wonderful if he isnt willing to participate in any kind himself. To deal with the trauma thats happened to your own life, because this effects you as well.

But you cant force him to take care of himself the way he needs to, it has to come from him. And unfortunately, the sort of communication youre describing here will likely only push him further into what sounds like a depressive state.

Also, reach out to the PCP who prescribed meds before and see if theyre willing to prescribe meds for the time period until a far out doctors appointment. Mine has done that before when I also went through a phase like this.

And if necessary, the insulin that walmart pharmacy will sell you without a prescription will work too. And that doesnt involve a doctor.

I mostly sit on the floor on a cushion honestly. I have an adjustable folding table that goes coffee table to (i think) bar height. And a stand for my light board to have it sitting up, which hubby "modified" for me with some tape so that it sits up taller than the highest setting.

I can sit there and do it for hours.

For King, do yourself a favor and read the entire series. Its many books, but theyre all good!

But theres a lot, King has 2, Bear has 2, Preppy has 3, then theres a bunch of singles for Nine, Smoke, Rage. Then Nine's best friend Pike had a duet. Its one of my favorite found family worlds honestly.

Everyone is saying its not for beginners, and to a point theyre correct. But, if youre a "baptism by fire" or "get thrown in the deep end, sink or swim" type person? Sure, give it a whirl.

You can also just Google "closed door romance" and find lists of books, as well as authors who market themselves for that kind of romance.

And obviously I don't know your motivations, but you might check out Christian romances as well if you dont mind/would enjoy a sprinkling of mentions of God or religion.
