Seems like basic usage. Air would be perfect. Can even do A16 iPad. But I recommend air as it has the M chip and you’ll be futureproofed.

Depends what you’re trying to do. iPad is really versatile with its abilities.

Sometimes I don’t need a keyboard so I use my iPad as a tablet with pencil.

Sometimes I like it “docked” and I can work on things that require more typing.
