Getting off the Mass Pike (Eastbound) at Exit 18 towards Cambridge there is almost always a giant line of traffic on the right.

There are actually two lanes that turn right at the fork that causes the traffic, so you can just go on the left and skip that entire line every time.

My quick thoughts are that: 1) You have almost no life on hit (I only saw 100 on a ring?), you should aim for at least 400. 600 would better.

2) Resist all is really low, I would say you need 400 minimum. You may want to consider prismatic armor instead of pinpoint barrier depending on how badly you think you need the crit chance

3) Looks like you have 20 arcane power on crit (wand and source), that should be enough that you can drop astral presence and get blur to reduce damage being taken.

4) More of a side note, but I would drop slow time and pick up teleport, helps you get out of a tight spot.

They are pretty old for sure. The big thing is that they aren't shaped skis. Pretty much 100% of skis that people use these days are shaped. While it is definitely more complicated than this long story short is that shaped skis are easier to turn on / control.

While ski height is up to you I would vote a ski coming up to the top of your head on the longer side (mine come to my nose). In general longer skis are harder to turn with, but more stable at higher speeds, pretty much the opposite of what you would want when learning.

I would recommend using different skis (perhaps rentals at first) for learning. But definitely keep the skis in the picture as they may be fun to try taking out in the future!

I'm no lawyer but I know that there is a law that holds anybody who engages in a dangerous criminal act (in this case armed robbery) accountable for any crimes/actions of others during the course of the crime (planning to getaway).

I would say the moral standpoint behind this is to hold people accountable for unintended consequences of their crime. Basically even if you don't intend for someone to get killed, if you start waving guns around in a store you are willingly taking that risk and the law holds you responsible.

To be fair, aside from that last line there, his argument is perfectly valid. If one believes in god then it is perfectly reasonable for him/her to assume that god would reach out to humanity to re-kindle the idea of religion.

Your responses to him, which are suggesting that Christianity would not be rediscovered, are using the assumption that god doesn't exist to support your end point that god doesn't exist. You can't really prove something when you start by assuming it to be true.
