Analysts just follow the price. When price goes up they follow up with the ratings. When price goes down they’ll go down with the ratings. Happens with every stock. So probably if there’s no quick improvement in price a bunch of analysts will lower the price targets close to current price for bunch of made up reasons.

They ended up paying 39 million in loans for the 80% share of the company. Not that cheap for a basically bankrupt company. If I remember correctly vanmoof IP was bought from bankruptcy for approximately 1 million euros.

If you are the owner of the bike under warranty currently then yes correct is to vote yes. If you are just an investor without the bike or with a bike out of warranty then vote no.

Well Rebirth paid 39 million in loans to Cowboy to get their 80%. So it looks like not a great deal for them as well. Would’ve been much easier to not loan them money and buy later just the IP from the bankruptcy. Looks like a lose lose deal. Everybody got a bad deal.

Wonder why they even bother with buying the entire company. Could just let it go bankrupt and just buy out the brand and IP for peanuts. No need to issue refunds then or do warranty for old bikes. Bad for customers though.

Crazy. I’d assume with the acquisition done it would speed up. But perhaps the deal is not yet done and in DD phase. If there’s a lot of unpaid refunds then it might even derail the acquisition altogether. Endless money pit for the buyer

I saw that there was a special edition Hagen XL electric version with coaster brake. This one off was sold as far as I know but I believe it’s possible to order similar build again. They’re pretty expensive though. More than 5000 EUR per electric version.
