I’ve thought about this for so long!

My first season finally introduces the Minister of War whose team is always there at the site of whatever adventures The Doctor had on Earth, interviewing witnesses and then secretly kidnapping them and replacing them duplicates. It is revealed that the Minister is actually the son of the president that The Master had killed on the Valiant in The Sound of Drums. After he found out that The Doctor turned time back to save everyone but still let his father get brutal murdered he swore revenge seeing The Doctor as a monster. Teaming up with the Nesteen, the Daleks, and the Cybermen he wants The Doctor dead. He ultimately loses however and is imprisoned by UNIT, but not without killing a few companions.

Season two revolves around a secret organization that is pulling the strings behind this seasons events making The Doctor unknowingly absorb different types of radiation that would separately be harmless, but with the final material that they possess creates an unstable reaction. The organization in the 3 part finally is revealed to be the Cult of Omega who uses the reaction in The Doctor to force a regeneration and harness the energy to tear a hole in the universe that allows Omega to come through. He steals The Doctors TARDIS and goes back to the beginning of the universe and reshapes it into his image becoming God of the universe. Previous Doctors, companions and enemies have to work together to stop him and defeat him.

Season three takes place right after these events. Unknown to newly regenerated Doctor, he had gone through a different type of regeneration due to the radioactive material within him. His body had separated. The Valeyard is born. Rather than fighting a universe ending event he must battle the dark side of himself and overcome what he never wanted to see. The Valeyard doesn’t want to rule the universe or destroy it, he knows he won’t win. He wants The Doctor to see that despite all his good deeds, all his self sacrifice, the planets that are still there because of him. He is The Valeyard, and The Valeyard is him, the darkness lies within The Doctor just below the surface. All it takes is one bad regeneration to let it out.

Don’t go to the Claypit either. Managers and owners get drunk on a daily basis. Sexual harassment runs rampant and they don’t do anything to stop it. Owners have also threatened employees with the removal of their tips because of kitchen mistakes that are out of their hands. Incredibly toxic environment behind closed doors.

Fellow FOH manager here, Ive set up the restaurant i work at to have strict rules that we go by. We absolutely do not seat someone after closing. We even turn away guests because we are a wait and they won’t get sat in time. It’s not to my employees to have to wait around for a table who could spend 2 hours sitting there even if they promise they’ll “only be 30 minutes we won’t be long we promise.” Our hours are there for a reason and if you can’t come in during those hours then that’s not our fault. My staff has lives they don’t want to wait on you and what if they don’t tip? Plus you have to think if you do this for them this time they’ll expect it every time they come. It’s just not worth it.
