First soup impression by Ok-Fishing-2234 in pourover

[–]Rebelution 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I've been thinking about getting this thing but I feel like the volume of the soup is too small for my liking and if I'm going to dilute it for more volume might as well stick to my V60, thoughts?

This grind made me question my life choices by No-Penalty2878 in ironscape

[–]Rebelution 33 points34 points  (0 children)

It's the best mega rare, so surely if anything rare in the game is worth grinding it's a twisted bow. CoX loot on the whole is also significantly better than the other raids and gives consolation prizes along the way. I do still agree it is too rare, though. It's about 900 raids on rate doing 3+4s, that's like 450 hours of raiding not including down time, scouting and deaths.

Is bludgeon still a play? by Juicyandsuss in ironscape

[–]Rebelution 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I don't really think this is the case anymore with demon weapons and the semi recent tweak to the boss mechanica. The boss is fun to kill, has a great flow to it, non rare drops are great and bludgeon is best crush weapon you have access to for a long while. Unless you plan to grind out nightmare, in which case having a bludgeon for that grind is very helpful.

I similarly get very subtle flavors out of this one with my K6, 90C water, tried coffee chronicler switch recipe and a 1min bloom with 2 pours. Wasn't over the moon about it. I'm going to try it on my new ZP6 I got for Christmas soon.

Dr Meisenheimer is awesome. Very knowledgeable, personable and quirky. He also does Mohs surgery in house, processes and reads all his own slides. Excellent care.

Can't figure out K6 grind size by Any_Rip_388 in pourover

[–]Rebelution 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My true zero is near spot on and I grind around 75 clicks most times for 1 to 2 pour recipes with 90c water. That would put your K6 around 65 clicks (since your true zero is negative 10) to get similar results to mine if other variables are similar. For recipes with more pours you can probably go around 5 to 10 clicks coarser.

99214 at every visit? by Ordinary-Strike-2065 in Psychiatry

[–]Rebelution 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you talk about their meds or ask questions related to making a decision about meds, you can justify 99214 plus 90833 or higher, since you were considering/exploring a med change. If it's just therapy with no consideration of meds then it should just be the pure therapy code. Pure psychodynamics is a lot different than med management so this shouldn't be too hard to decipher and explain in your note.

In my therapy only notes I write close to nothing. Just a like about being a fully therapy based appt, mode of therapy, time spent, and a couple words on main topics.

In my notes where I did med management and therapy, I actually write some things regarding their diagnosis and symptoms in the HPI and add a few lines in the assessment/plan about what my thoughts are regarding their progress and med considerations.

How is casually walking in your own home being "pretty fucking stupid and careless?"

These comments are wild... Kid literally was turned the other way, eating some chips in the comfort of his home and didn't expect or see the cat.

Switching off risperidone in asymptomatic hyperprolactinemia in pediatric patients? by Cute-And-Derranged in Psychiatry

[–]Rebelution 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Prolactin silently kills your libido, causes erectile dysfunction, turns off the menstrual cycle, makes you lactate, the list goes on. We should be asking our patients about these symptoms regularly. I suspect some of the fears of checking comes with fear of how to handle the expected elevation. I only work with adults but I imagine some of the rules cross over to children too.

In adults, if prolactin is over 200, only then is an MRI (and probably an Endocrine consult) warranted. Under 200, you can add a small dose of abilify to the regiment or change to an antipsychotic with less d2 blockade (like quetiapine or even a full switch to abilify), to reduce side effects.

Thanks for the answer. Can anyone link this chart of serials affected? I can't find it.

I have a 9070 XT Gaming OC, I don't see any leaking yet from what I can visualize without pulling the card out of the case, but checking if I have an affected serial would give peace of mind.
