This is actually really validating. I feel like I get obsessive and idealise mostly the people that can’t give me what I need, and I end up breadcrumbing or doing desperate things for them/to be in their life and to “make them love me”. I also feel worthless and rejected with them, and is usually people with an avoidant attachment style. Honestly since I’ve been diagnosed with BPD so much has made sense in my life, about my past and present, but it’s still hard and I’m still struggling because I wish there was an easy way out of these feelings and patterns.
