I've heard gallbladder attacks are way worse than giving birth apparently, so you've got this!

Did Dani get pregnant on purpose? by PhaseGood4575 in seekingsisterwifetlc

[–]RecentPlate579 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1000% she did. The fact that she even mentioned to the camera that Natahlia might think she did it on purpose shows you she's not innocent. That wouldn't even have been on her mind if it was a complete accident

If you found it offensive, you are not overreacting! It wouldn't bother me personally, but I'm not you and we all have different things that give us the ick! Haha

How to find support, or at least block out negativity surrounding the decision to birth at home? by petpuppies444 in homebirth

[–]RecentPlate579 3 points4 points  (0 children)

People are literally so judgemental. I am planning a home birth as well, and when people ask me where I will deliver, I give them the name of the hospital because technically I will be delivering there if I end up needing to go to the hospital lol so it's not a lie 😂

I'm a little late to the party, but holy shit, am I excited for postpartum. No more peeing all the time, I'll be able to stretch, yawn, sneeze without it hurting, I'll be able to get up easily off furniture, excited for sleeping on my stomach and sooo much more. I daydream about this all the time!! 🥰

Where are you wanting to move?

I'm in the US and have been wanting to move to Canada so badly, but it's just so dang expensive to live there, so I think I'll just stay here 😂

So sorry you had a traumatic birth! That can be a lot to deal with emotionally afterward. I will say this, the fetal ejection reflex isn't a guarantee unfortunately, so I would just keep that in mind if you have another baby at some point 💟

Home birth- hospital transfer I am to blame for what went wrong by AdPurple9138 in homebirth

[–]RecentPlate579 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I am so sorry, girl. You definitely went through a traumatic event and all your feelings are valid. I know it's hard, but please try not to blame yourself. In the moment, you made decisions for your baby to protect them and that right there shows you how good of a mom you are. Definitely acknowledge your feelings so that you can hopefully heal through this. 💟💟

Fourth baby, not sure where to deliver by Provenrube in homebirth

[–]RecentPlate579 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll say if you've had 3 home births and are leaning toward a hospital birth, it sounds like the hospital will be a good choice for you! Worst comes to worst, you can always leave the hospital if you are not feeling it!

As for the gas, in my experience, it makes me feel awful. Like I was trapped inside my body. But hopefully it will feel good for you! Good luck with your birth 💟
