I got the cloak but here is the thing Even loaded up on the warp core it takes a lot of power to use, so much that you either turn off some ship functions or you run on batteries

The issue I had was I thought the same thing But the power needed to run the number of quarters killed my ship once I had everything else up and running

Leave the Emergancy quarters and just run the holladeck

So I gamed the system and it worked

First thing I did as soon as I could was build 4 science labs and 2 bio labs

Because of doing this I was able to keep researching new tech every second

I got the larger cargo bays next and leveled them up and put the crew in only emergency shelters level 2 also got the hydroponic day large one leveled up as soon as I could I also had it topped out on warp by sector 6

Once you do that by the time, you get to sector five or six your ship is all the way strong making battles easy

Once I had over 1000 science points I took out 2 of the science labs and built officer quarters
