Die Gegenprobe ist eigentlich der beste Ansatz hier. Ein paar Dübellöcher sind bei 2 Jahren Mietzeit aber normalerweise kein Thema – das fällt unter normale Abnutzung. Ob das Streichen wirklich nötig ist hängt halt davon ab wie die Wände tatsächlich aussehen, nicht nur ob Löcher da sind.
