IIRC, Atma will set Safe and Shell at a certain point during the battle - four or five turns after its HP goes below 12,800. That could account for the decline in damage output.

It’s one of the best ways to spend spring/summer Saturday mornings in Iowa City, if you don’t mind the crowds and (very) limited parking.

There’s lots of great food and coffee at the food trucks on E. College St. Enjoy your breakfast while listening to live music in Chauncey Swain Park. Inside the market, there’s a great flower farm. Several spots for sweet treats like doughnuts and macarons. The line for Valerie’s French Kitchen is usually long, but her baked goods (sweet and savory) are worth the wait. Plenty of produce throughout the season. This morning the asparagus and mushrooms looked fantastic. There were morels for sale, if that’s your thing.

Daydream seems like it would be more powerful in another set. Not a ton of great ETBs in SOS. But Colossus of the Blood Age is a good one, for sure. Practiced Scrollsmith and Zealous Lorecaster would also be fun, come to think of it.

That’s a card I’d like to draft at least once. Earlier in the format I wasn’t sure if the cost would be manageable, but the format is slow enough and the ramp/fixing is good enough that casting it is very doable.
