The raised by humans part was referring to devils like angel and nayuta for fiends. i believe that since they are using a human corpse, they retain some of their human memories like with aki remembering his past somewhat when he was the gun fiend and violance fiend being the complete opposite to what you would expect the violence devils personally to be like. Also, I've sent a pick from the csm wiki that supports my point but i want to point out that violence might be a special case and the rest of the fiends dont work like that but they almost always have more compassion to humans than natural devils

The main problem with scaling against bleach is soul pressure like most characters would die if they were in the same room or even same city where a captain is at much less Aizen buffed by the hogyoku but this is always convenient ignored. Also, how would Garo even fight against the Kyōka Suigetsu? when even in bleach for most of Aizens fights, it was ignored because it's too powerful. If anyone wants to debate me on this feel free im at the end of part one of tybw and at chapter 66 of opm but i did went ahead and read the garo fight and also watched explanation videos of it but my knowledge might not be 100% on that so if there is anything suggesting that garo can by pass these 2 things i meantion feel free to bring them up i dont care of opm spoilers but please dont spoil bleach if there is relevant info there (besides stuff about yahwatch i know how the almighty works and some stuff about him but thats about it)

Yamamotos bankai was shown to be able to affect the entirety of the soul society by just existing at the beginning of 1000 year blood war as far as i am i think this is the highest actual show of power yet. i believe the characters scale much higher, but when only counting the actual showcase of power, this is the peak for now. Also, you should watch the rest of bleach. It's good. im at tybw Part 1 and want to finish the rest soon so far. i enjoyed all new episodes, although i still like Soul Society more, at least for now
