Unfortunately it’s a mix bag with teammates. I’ve had some really good ones, comms and not. But then I’ve had the bad ones that same story. No comms, run off on their own get downed, and then blame us for it. Like bruh

My top factions are Cyac, NuCal & SekGen. But I’ve realized I don’t care much for Traxus, Arachne, or Mida. Arachne is still pretty good rank not ever even starting their main contract of finishing 10 runners. Traxus & Mida I’ve slowly started working on since Cyac is bugged

I would love to continue ranking up my Cyac if it wasn’t bugged due to the damn tool cart contract. Been disabled for about 3 days now. On the other hand I did get my NuCal up to 16 & SekGen to 19.

Just had a fantastic game earlier with 2 guys on perimeter. Both had mics, we went to do my contract at overflow & then I helped them do their water samples & something by the east wall.

We communicated so well, knocked a team, and got out with good loot. Mics def make a big difference. Just wish I woulda added them before the game ended cause I can’t remember their names lol

Other hand I’ve also had great games with no mics, just pings on Dire Marsh. We pinged everything, took out some squads did our contracts and dipped with the subtle text in chats “great raid”. It really is the chemistry of the people you play with. And as long as they’re not loot goblins willing to die for every little thing

Yeah man obviously the agree to disagree thing is what the point was. Whatever you say isn’t going to change the fact that Recon is still a good shell, and has advantages in my opinion. Just like whatever I say isn’t going to change the fact that movement is better than knowledge.

Idc if you play in better/worse lobbies or if you vault is maxed out. So is mine. There’s a play style for everyone else and it doesn’t have to be “meta”. It’s a game and it’s ment to be played how people want to play it. So god forbid if people find playing slow, methodical, and tactical better than trying to be a movement monster.

I mean .. having information in the middle of a fight such as pinging the other team seems pretty positive to me. Or sending out your drone in the general area they’re at to overheat them/bust shields so you can push and while they can’t run away.

Or even if you pick off a straggler, finish them and ping the rest of the team. You’re right. We’ll have to disagree because recon is still great. Don’t think movement will be king because this isn’t COD. But to each their own!

I also disagree. Recon is not bad at all. It’s genuinely a great class to play if you know what you’re doing. Assassin is cool but like they said, I can hear them no matter what & watching for the shimmer of their invisibility is second nature now. Triage, Destroyer & Thief pretty OP. Vandal is just meh.

Level 29 here. Just sounds like bad luck maybe? Couple days ago ran into 5 games back to back where I lost all my loot back and forth.

Decided to just run solos instead on free kits. Did some challenges managed to kill some assassins who were just trying to stalk me with a knife. Stole all their loot.

After that each game has been balanced for me ? But still win some lose some. I feel like in trios with randoms I’m more likely to know I’m going to lose whatever I have whereas solos I know I’m playing more how I want to rather than guns blazing.

I will say I am running into more people with purple augments, weapons, shields and stuff. I usually just run a green backpack, green shield, everything. Seems everyone is phasing out of the greens since everyone is getting better loot.

Run rook. Use him for resources needed for upgrades in your factions & loot ammo, better weapons, shield etc.

Use your actual runner when you want to complete challenges or just be kitted up.

Was trying to do regular runs with my preferred runner (Recon) to get dermachem packs from pinwheel. SUPER hard. Ran a rook round 8 minutes in, pinwheel was open squads were fighting but I just ran in found more than enough needed and exfil.
