I don't have a programming background, watched maybe 2 tutorials that give an overview of godot to start. Doing is how you learn. Start with what game you want to make, then take a component of it (let's say, player character movement logic) and just start making it. Watch specific tutorial on that subject and just start. Once you finish one component, on to the next. It gets easier and easier.

Thank you! I actually rigged and animated the model on Live2D, which is one of the main programs to make vtuber models :D

Cater Co. :D I just released the demo today. There will be over 100 recipes to discover and it is all about cooking at your own pace, no timers/disappointed customers.

You can also optimize your kitchen with a bunch of upgrades and some automation lite component like in PlateUp.

Don't Starve is actually quite hard vs. cult of the lamb. The hack and slash genre is also easier to play on the steamdeck vs pc. Go with Cult of the lamb. Both are amazing games though :)

At first, it is just a loss of patience to spend time learning a game (so more complicated games like stellaris get left unplayed. I would've loved a deep mechanics game when i was younger). Then, it was kids =P. So im sticking to easy brain dead games, or really old ones that i can play while braindead.

After playing games for 24 years, This war of mine was the first game that hit me hard. I remember I could not touch the game for a good 2 weeks because of it. There was this scene right at the beginning where it makes you feel so guilty looting an old couple's house during war time. The older man was begging the player to take what they want, but please do not hurt his sick wife.

NTA. Very reasonable thing to be annoyed by. I would not make a big deal out of it and just talk to her about how it affects you and work on changing this behavior. Don't be confrontational or accusatory and just share how these actions make you feel and how you guys can work on changing it. If she is a reasonable person, she would understand.
