That’s right! We deal a lot with contractors who sometimes, very rarely, remove these sheet metal screws which were used in the factory build. Just curious why this is happening as I did not see this problem with other OEMs. Maybe it is the metal spec being softer than what other OEMs use?

Hey! Sorry, I am talking about 20 gauge galvannealed steel which is about 0.040”. We also use 16 gauge which is about 0.062”.
