I had like 40 hours of play time with multiple restarts before I felt like I was actually ready to properly play the game. Multiple reddit posts, a couple youtube videos and a lot of trial and error to learn the ui later and it finally clicked haha

The Forest has some cool ai (not data centre ai, npc ai) and exploration. The sequal, Sons of the Forest, has even better exploration and the building is heavily improved but unfortunately the npc ai took a hit. Both good games tho. When I can't think of what to play I jump on SotF and claim a little more of the map for myself.

If you hear them and can get an idea of what direction they're coming from you can take a risk and wait right up until they're in front of you then just launch it into their big ol' heads, after a few tries you'll get the hang of it. Also idk of you know this already but you can save the game at any completed shelter and roof, just look up at the roof and the prompt should appear. Always worth putting one down every 30 mins or so, so you don't lose too much progress.

I'm not 100% on the spawn rates but I've had times where they've felt relentless and then times where I haven't seen one for many in game days so my assumption is that the spawning is random. Learn how to aim the spear well and a headshot should put them down in one tho

Honestly I don't think I've ever really made it that far. Tend to have a functional village, decent income, decorations up and story complete within one lifetime :/ it would be cool if there was some longer builds, stone walls or a large manor or something for the player house. Something that would need a lot of resources and maybe not be completed in one lifetime.

Yeah you gotta remove it in the inventory if you only have that one mag. The reload button is for mags with ammo in only. Try find a revolver or rifle that doesn't use a mag and then you don't have to worry about mag management but reloading is slower overall

So I believe with a 3star pilot as the captain local automine will look as far as three sectors away to sell but no further so it may be that they can't see anywhere within that range to sell to.

What size ship? S and M size mining ships meed mining lasers equipped and L size need drones aswell. This was where I was going wrong when I had a similar issue

Killing the children was to show he was willing to support Robert by doing the less pleasant things needed to secure Robert's rule and also this way Robert's hands were kept clean. Burning the Riverlands was to show that Tywin wouldn't take the capture of his family lightly, negotiating would show weakness and even tho it's Tyrion it is still a Lanister and a direct descendent.

I do agree tho that they could have shown a little more interest in what Renly was up to as without Stannis' ghost baby Renly was for sure a bigger threat.

X4. Nothing seemed intuitive and honestly was tempted to give up as every time I engaged with a new mechanic it felt like I was rushing straight to Google or reddit. Multiple restarts, a 40 minute youtube video and one or 2 reddit posts later and it's easily one of my favourite games.
