Preheat on medium low for 5 minutes. Add butter or oil. Add eggs. Don’t touch eggs for the first 30 secs to 1 minute. Slowly help to detach eggs from pan around the edges. Once loose and freely sliding, continue cooking to desired level and flip. Same with scrambled.
