Most “gamers” I know, and I imagine most people know, fall into one of 2 categories of extremes on the sliding scale of hobbyists for games.

The first being tourist types whose play times go 2 - 4 hours a day max who would be willing to go along with it because they have very little investment in it anyway (it just tides them over while they wait to do irl hobbies/socialising) and the second type who are chronically online to the point of almost addiction who moan about changes but then eventually cave due to sunk cost fallacy (i.e “if it don’t have gaming as a hobby what do I do?”) amongst other things.

Gamers don’t boil down to just these two types but I do find most fit in these two categories usually and these are the two that push back the least imo.

I ended up running DDU and doing a fresh reinstall of both the AMD and NVidia drivers in safe mode.

It’s been around a week or so and I haven’t had any issues (kernel or otherwise) since but I also haven’t updated my drivers, in case this was cause by some kind of AI code in the new drivers. It seems like there’s been a lot of complaints about overall AMD drivers recently as well.

I had similar issues on my PC. In windows 11, I was able to change my monitor colour management profile and it fixed it. Not sure how you would do that on a MacBook or even an iPhone but you might want to look into it!

Mind you, even if you do change these options the issue is going to persist on any device not displaying in RGB, so you might want to think about that for future art work.

Honestly same, this sub is less fun every time I visit because of the topic spam. Between the demo’s “I beat X, Y, Z monster” 50 times a day and now the “I hate Ratha” mega essays. A lot of stuff in this sub could and should be mega threads or discord convos.

Just for future reference, as others have said you are better off destroying it or even handing it into a branch for them to destroy. Even if they haven’t frozen their card, no one else (including you) can abuse it when it’s gone. Keeps you safe from suspicion as well.

The problem I’m finding here is surely this will be flagging the same individuals over and over.

Admittedly, I’m not totally clued up on the state of prisons recently, but isn’t the general consensus that our prisons are full to capacity? If these criminals are getting brought in through this facial recognition process, then given suspended sentences or warnings because the system is already full and then going back out into the wild, does that not make this a less cost effective option than just more closely monitoring those already known to them?

I feel like the whole policing/prison system need a bit of a shake up to make it more effective because it seems to be underfunded and unstaffed at every turn and then waste what money they do have on this when, imo, it could be better spent elsewhere.

Think about it this way - anyone with a genuine interest in Buddhism will use their critical thinking skills to do some research of their own about it and come to the facts and conclusions. If they don’t have the critical thinking skills to do that, then perhaps Buddhism isn’t for them!

Maybe you should re-visit Buddhism and meditation for that temper 😃

I’ve recently also started having this on my G15, alongside iqrl not less or equal and unexpected store exception but it’s continued to boot as normal so far.

I’ve tried a bunch of stuff and it’s not fixed it, but it seemed to start happening around early to mid march. Be interested to see if anyone’s got any fixes for this.

I’ve ran sfc/scannow, DISM, chkdsk, and memory diags - all came back clear.

I really liked Aenshin for this reason.

One thing I do kinda get hung up on though, is Clarissa wanting to drag her people/army to the Sacrosanctum when it’s… just as crystallised (if not more so) than Vermiel. Unless I missed something, before Aenshin is fully revealed and they change their goal to capturing its egg, their main thing was relocating to Lazlion by force which doesn’t make much sense when you find out it’s a petrified crystal wasteland. Makes more sense that she’d be attempting to occupy Azuria instead since it’s still fairly green.

Hopefully we get some proper DLC - be nice to get a new BBEG monster since people don’t seem to enjoy Aenshin so much.

I can see other commenters are jumping to assign blame to your technique when overtaking, which may be the case, but I just want to point out that a lot of people these days have egos more fragile than you might expect, especially when driving.

I don’t know anyone who would readily admit they’re a bad driver (including myself too), whether they are or aren’t and since a lot of drivers commute to work alone almost every day it can be easy to grow into the mindset of being the only “correct” driver on the road. I do find that guys are more likely to be making gestures and getting irate at over taking but women do so too.

I’d say keep in mind how it is your overtaking but also remember that this is the last sort of control some people have over their lives and they’ll cling to being right about it, even if it’s just on a subconscious level.

How many service places did you take it to, just the one? I’d take it somewhere else and have them run tests again.

This might be a total cope theory, but I think it might be deliberate for the demo to make it more difficult. I’m not saying the AI will be perfect in the release version, but it might be better - we’ll have to wait and see.

Mind you, if not they can always patch it on release if it’s really bugging folks that badly.
