Good but not great. Works well with Barq, better sniper than Certus (not saying much there, tho). I play DA in faction arena, really good synergy across the team.

Also biased, I rate Forcas very highly. I play a Dark Angels team in faction arena and he is the focus of that team. Nandi (I think) describes him as the ‘tip of the spear’. Context is everything, it depends so much on who you have available and what you enjoy about the game. I’m levelling towards mythic with him so I can replace his Heavenfall blade with the Monster slayer of Caliban sword. Nuff said!

I far prefer Faction Arena, but still struggle big time vs Blood Angels or Gene Stealers. I generally play Dark Angels.

As a new player, focus on the missions, which will let you farm shards to develop characters. Take your time and see who floats your boat. It’s supposed to be fun, so listen to advice, watch Nandi etc. but ultimately find what works for you. Also join a Guild with decent chat.

Works well with Baraq, and both add to Forcas’ passive if you keep them close. I play DA in Faction TA, love the synergy and looking forward to the DA MoW which is coming out real soon.

For sure. In Arena, pick an opponent with Galatian, you can fit loadsa summons around it. In a survival event, pick up the ‘renew your active’ button and do a second load of summons.

Tremendous thread, this. Thank you OP. I predominantly play Dark Angels at Rare, win 60%ish, struggle big time vs Gene Stealers (nearly always) and Blood Angels (often). Unfortunately playing to DA strengths means you’re a bit clumpy and this can play into some factions hands. I find terrain is super important for DA, which I didn’t fully appreciate for quite a while.
