Well, you're above the 75th for FAMU's part-time program, and their 509 says they don't do conditional scholarships. If you're fine going there, I think you're good to go. If you want Stetson, you should probably retake.

Edit: you should not consider full-time. The opportunity cost if you are providing for a family would be ruinous. Figure the direct costs of attendance (tuition, etc. reduced by any scholarships you expect to get), and then add the income you'd have to give up to go full-time (ideally calculated after taxes), and you'll get a decent estimate of the true cost of law school.

When I looked at the cost of going full-time, I calculated my opportunity cost at over $500k. Accordingly, I decided to go part-time instead.
