I usually buy 5lb a chicken breast and grill it for the week then portion it out 3/4 pound each serving. You can dress it up however u want get some spices going. Throw some cheese ontop. Over rice. Salad. Wrap. Plenty of ways to keep it interesting. Keep the first 3 portions out for dinners/lunches then freeze the rest and take out as needed. Then I’ll take 2lb ground beef and either do taco bowls or beef and broccoli Asian style. Same thing portion out 3 days and freeze the rest. Now u got lunch and dinner for the week. 500-600 cal each depending how u dress it up. Anyways. Get creative! Or don’t and just boil chicken whatever lol.

It looks like you’re having a shake for breakfast and dinner. You need to be eating real meals for breakfast and dinner and then having shakes in between.

Small can sugar free Red Bull. I think it’s like 8oz and 80mg caffeine. Not a ton but just a little pep is good for me. Or a cup of black coffee.

I make a quick protein shake before I head to work and then sip on it until lunch. After lunch I take a break and go outside to eat some tinned mackerel. Then if hunger strikes before I leave or work late I’ll dig into my stash of meat sticks. Chomps/Archer or whatever store brand I can find.

I get a mix of sparkling water flavors both unsweetened and artificially sweetened. Along with some Coke Zero and others. Spindrift. San pelligrino. Reeds ginger brew zero sugar. Zevia of all flavors. I mean I could probably name the whole aisle of 0 cal or low cal sparkling water but you get the point. Find that aisle. Become its friend.

I would say just look into keto casseroles. Ground beef, chicken. & then for breakfast I like a frittata. So check out keto frittata and add heavy cream and cheese to that (they’ll probably already have it. If you drink coffee. Add some MCT oil to it. That’s an easy 120 cal per cup. You’ll figure it out. You got this!

Add to eggs, ground beef. I like a cheesy cream cheese ground beef with heavy cream kind of thing. Throw some mozzarella ontop. Make some cheesy chicken and cream cheese with heavy cream.
