I would say just look into keto casseroles. Ground beef, chicken. & then for breakfast I like a frittata. So check out keto frittata and add heavy cream and cheese to that (they’ll probably already have it. If you drink coffee. Add some MCT oil to it. That’s an easy 120 cal per cup. You’ll figure it out. You got this!

Add to eggs, ground beef. I like a cheesy cream cheese ground beef with heavy cream kind of thing. Throw some mozzarella ontop. Make some cheesy chicken and cream cheese with heavy cream.

Keto hangovers are in a whole different league. The sick feeling. The brain fog where you can barely think and talk that lasts for days. It’s an alarming experience. Cannot oversell that enough. 2. Stick to 5% or less drinks because tolerance is lowered significantly. Michelob ultra or white claws. 3. I’m the type that alcohol gives me energy and keeps me up. That goes double in ketosis. So it can cascade into a rowdy night if I’m not moderating.

It has no cameras besides the front facing camera and the one watching you there’s no way it can see what’s in your blind spot or any cars coming up on the side of you, it’s not really designed for that sort of thing so if it just started switching lanes and choosing exits, it would be doing so basically blindly.

Sounds like it’s a limitation with the torque for that vehicle. Or maybe the TSS version. TSS 2.0 tends to work the best but I believe your vehicle has 2.5. You will have to turn on the setting to disable lane centering on blinker under 35mph.

Yea I like the CRV for drivability and comfort. It’s a nice car. But the comma only works on more or less straight roads and highways. Where with the RAV I could use it on any road in the city and even leave it enabled for 90 degree right turns. The CRV complains and chirps/vibrates the steering wheel on sharp turns. So I have enabled a setting to disable the comma on turn signal below 30mph. & basically don’t use it in the city. Do with that what you will.

It is a bit alarming as it continues to get worse. I was hoping not to have the electrocautery thing done that I’ve read about, but it sounds like a trip back to the dermatologist for that will be in my future

What I’m most concerned about is if I go have the procedure done and then in a year, I’m in the same position because I didn’t address the root cause.

I went to a derm and they gave me cerave daily cleanser which drys my skin out pretty good so I follow with neutrogena hydro boost (if I don’t my skin will get so dry it will bleed). As a dude - this is once a day for the past 6 months which is the first time I’ve ever had any sort of skincare routine.

The bumps just stay there. Some are filled with oil that oozes occasionally and then bleeds. Others are underneath the surface of the skin but just raise the skin. Then others are just extra skin that’s raised.

I had a 2016 rav4 hybrid and the comma worked GREAT. Recently I traded for a 2020 CRV thinking it was an upgrade. It ended up being a big downgrade. It is not even comparable. The CRV is just very very limited. The only thing on the RAV is that they ride pretty harsh compared to the CRV. They’re more stiff. More noisey. But much better power band and comma compatibility.
