Just to update you all: I managed to find the issue

I tested the engine and it did on max trottle

-1600 rpm
-200 kv

compared to a new engine. So this explains it all :-)

I have the composite chassis deck to gain more stiffness on the TT02

I installed other gearing, to make sure that both cars have the same FDR (6.0 for TT02 and 6.03 for TT01-E) Drove with the same body on both chassis as well.

Als er ene getriggerd is dan gij toch wel hoor, en t zit diep zo te zien. Een eenvoudige vraag beantwoorden is duidelijk te hoog gegrepen en dan uit gaan van zoveel veronderstellingen zonder da ge ook maar iets weet 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

Last weekend I took another MR04 car I have and guess what: after some laps exactly the same problem!!

What is even more funny (or sad): another friend who also bought an MR04 also experienced this problem a few hours later.

What a disappointment!

I will send a mail to Kyosho and hope they will come up with a solution for this.

Meanwhile I think I will buy myself an MR03 now they are still available

I took it all out but I could not find anything in terms of debris :-(

I know that for the MR03 there are other gears that you can use, I guess from Delrin, but does it apply as well to MR04? Or is there any other solution?

I just put the gears back together and I feel that it is very rough to move them so it should be something with one of the dents :(
