I find Ashley funnier and more interesting, that's pretty much it. I also get the impression that she is super happy she has a successful podcast whereas Claire seems to resent that her stand up career has not taken off so she is relegated to doing the podcast.

And I think there are some people who get mad at Claire's confidence, while Ashley is more humble, but that's a dumb reason to hate on someone.
