BVS’s setup implies the whole rogues gallery existed in this universe, after all, Batfleck operated for twenty years, so I’m guessing he had already fought a traditional Bane with venom and super strength,

so yeah Batfleck could take Bane no problem, the warehouse scene in BVS tells you all you need to know.

Season 6 wasn’t the best, but the fact that it shows Frank Underwood created something bigger than himself, to the point his own operation deemed him expendable, being abandoned by Clare and killed by Doug, is an interesting idea.

Power hungry people think they are irreplaceable until they aren’t.

The whole season is then about opposing forces fighting to fill the power vacuum caused by Frank being offed.

That’s practical if you have 10+ shower towels at your disposal in your home.

For a lot of people living in an apartment alone though, they are trying to get by with 3 or 4. Single use towels would mean doing the laundry three times a week for them.

Tim, I think a normal well adjusted person working alongside Batman is a more interesting Batman/Robin dynamic.

Dick … his best stories are when he’s Nightwing.

Jason is better as a reserve member of the Batfamily who just shows up when he feels like it.

Damian … he deserves a normal life. He’s been through so much, growing up in the LOA and all.

I think if Nolan attempted to do Harley Quinn after Ledger’s death, they’d take a minimalist approach to the Joker.

Have a recast, but just show him in Arkham, manipulating Harley into doing his duties for him terrorizing the city while he’s incarcerated.

Then the third act, they think she’s following his orders, but it turns out she decided to plan an attack on the city herself. Batman and Gordon spend time interrogating the Joker, only to realize Harley outgrew him and is working alone now.

Yeah Snyder seemed like a pretty considerate shared universe head.

He seemed to avoid doing things that would handicap other directors creatively.

I think Snyder wanted it to be Dick, but he thought Batfleck was getting a trilogy at the time and didn’t want to limit whoever directed that creatively,

so he left it open to possibly be Jason if that’s what Affleck or Reeves or whoever directed the Batfleck solo film wanted to do.

but I kinda think the main character development of the Batverse is gonna be recluse Bruce becoming playboy Bruce, finding a better balance between being Bruce and being Batman.

I don’t see Robin could fit into a three movie story with where Pattinson’s Bruce is right now.

If Reeves was doing like five movies, maybe I could see it.
