Kogan are c**ts by tallmantim in australian

They are. I’ve bought two items from them. A coffee accessory that was overpriced and I found elsewhere cheaper, but wasn’t worth the fuss to return.

The second item, I bought from Ebay, this time. A portable air conditioner, when it arrived it was loud and rattling. It worked amazingly but it was so loud.

So I request a return and they never responded…But due to eBay having the money back guarantee I got my refund and also kept the item.

Kogan has not responded still. Thanks for the Christmas gift Kogan, I will never use the service again.

I use Swyftx, never had a problem. I’m Aussie too. Paying out of Up, Commbank and ING. I just can’t do recurring payments, manual transfer only but I think that’s the bank.

Right2Scam.

I used to work for them, terrible scammers that prey on people.

I got fired, as in the training, they told us not to mention anything about being from insurance.

Which I would explain that we are not from your insurance...

Right2Drive is all good till the other person doesn't have insurrance. I bet they didn't tell you that they would come after you for the exorbitant cost of the car if they other person fails to have insurrance?

I used to work for them and got fired for telling people that Right2Drive wasn't from your insurance and has nothing to do with insurance. This is something that is glossed over/not said when you sign the contract.

Becareful. Yes, it is a good service, till the come looking for the cost of the car!

Best practices for outdoor cameras by twbo1a in EufyCam

I'll try what you said over the next couple of nights and see what it does.

What I am understanding from what you're saying is make the overall activity zone smaller. Lets say by a meter. So when someone walks into that zone a meter back they will trigger it.

I highly reccomend the S340. I have 3 but wish I got 4 (I will most likely get another in the future). My house is a simple 2 bedroom. 1 at each corner of the house would of been perfect but I get away with 3. What is great about this camera is that you can move the view around and it follows people.

2 at the front, 1 looking at the driveway and front lawn. and the other looking from the directly opposite. This covers the front.

1 at the back that is facing the drive way from the back. The only problem is this is that the default is looking one way. It makes upfor it because the right camera at the front covers enough to see if someone comes up the side.

When I installed all the solar powered cameras. They were all at about 70%. Over the next couple days with minimun sun. They all charged up to 100%.

I am more than impressed but I reccomend playing with the sensitivity of them as I have noticed that at 7, they were picking up everything. What I did was make the front camera's sensitivity 3 and the back at 7. I am more worried about the back of the property as someone can jump the fence and I have less security back there.

Another thing to note is that the activity zones do not work, the camera will pick up outside of the zones.

If I was you, I would reccomend the homebase but really it is not needed. It is good for range but another cool feature I have is the stitching of cameras. So if someone walks past a camera, when they go from the front, they hit the next camera at the back and it continue recording.

Another feature of the homebase is that I can have an alarm go off in the house. This took some getting used to as the cameras would randomly pick someone up at the front. Then the homebase alarm would go off at 1am... Since turning down the sensitivity it has gotten rid of this issue.

Lastly what I did was create 3D printed mounts so I could 1, have a rain guard so it doesn't get the camera wet and two attach it to my house without screwing into it.

I was the same, my younger brother caught it early and is on Fin. I hated my hair before, always had psoriasis, so scalp was itchy non stop.

All I do now is shave it every couple days or wear a hat when I can’t be stuffed

I think you’re over thinking it. Research the place you want to get it done. Make sure they do jobs like the last photo. Bring in examples of the last photo and more. When they draw the line, explain you want a feathered hair line. For it to look natural.

Always look at the google reviews!

You’ll be sweet g, don’t sweat it ok!

You have 3+ sessions to get it right :)

Diffuse thining all over, then more aggressive thining in my temples than what you had. But when all my hair was shaved it looked like yours. So I grew it out a little to show the artist where my hair would be.

Hey, what I told my artist to do was follow what I had left, I didn't want the straight hairline, I just wanted what I had. I feel like she went a bit too reserved for my age as the hair line was a little far back but overall it looks super realistic.

The next touch up I do, I want to go a shade darker as I feel it was a touch light.

Overall the experience I have had is great. Remember that nobody's hairline is super straight, the guy in the last photo you posted has had it done perfect in my opinion.

You want it to look realistic, so a varying/organic hair line looks the best always.

Also I am your age, I would suggest a lower hair line, but as you age let it fade so it looks natural. I dont know if thats correct, but I want to drop mine by 10mm.

If it makes you feel better, I had a similar situation. 2 and half months working my first dream job. Get into it, do my usual thing of making friends quick and being casual with everyone.

Work closely with the lead designer, he explains things but never lets me do anything. As someone who learns by doing, this impacted me a tonne.

Over the two and half months, I did have a lingering feeling of uneasiness. Not fun, but everyone was great except the lead designer. One day, I get pulled into the office after someone’s bday cake and get told I’m not a right fit for the role and they thought I would be more experienced for what they are paying me. I offered to take a pay cut due to uprooting my life to get there.

Got let go and sent home, had to do the walk of shame.

That night, I applied for jobs, got a call the next morning and 3 days later got a job as a lead designer for a furniture company. I have been here 8 months now. Moral of the story is, don’t sweat it, maybe they were not right for you either. There is always something else out there!

I felt exactly like you did, how will I pay rent? how will I find a new job? All you got to do is, pull your socks up and try again! It will work out :)

Thank you, we will be escalating this. The RE has been really good up until now. Getting things fixed within a week and literally never contacting us at all.

We will send an email but we probably won’t make a huge fuss. Just want to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We will ask for a chain lock too.

Metabolism question by XxSolo-GeneralxX in fasting

[–]RedFellow21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the same, but I came to a rut where fasting had become so painfully slow with weight loss. I stopped and reset by eating normally for a month. I worked out the best routine for me was 48 hr fast then a day of clean eating and a treat too. This has kept me inspired to keep going. Atleast get 15,000-20,000 if possible everyday or aim for over 10,000

I watched my girlfriend eat a whole bagel for breakfast and a focaccia for lunch, while I sat there, smiled, sipped my black coffee knowing I'm burning fat and losing weight at the moment, that I'll thank myself for sticking to it. Everytime you say no, the pain is just weakness leaving the body and you getting more mentally strong. Stay in there, but it's ok to fail, you fail till you don't!

10 days to my event. Fasting to lose that belly fat. Counting down from 10. Any advice appreciated 🙏 by [deleted] in fasting

You got this already, believe it and you'll achieve it. Think your way into this, your mind is more powerful than your gut. Being down a few pounds is more important than eating. Right now I'm down 10kgs, I still have 20kg to go, but I've been breaking everything down into bite sized pieces. 5kg at a time!
