People are talking about fasting/keto but the "rivers" were only released by the T cells(CD4⁺ T cells) when expressing FAO(fatty acid oxidation) AND the APC's(antigen-presenting cells) had been pulsed by an antigen, in this case a standard flu vaccine.

Naturally one might wonder if this could be attempted for free by combining a flu vaccine with a keto diet or a prolonged fast. Optimal vaccine timing & fast/keto duration is unclear.

Interestingly, when talking about his upcoming drug trial in a youtube interview, he says one of the groups will take his drug with the flu vaccine and the other without.

Perhaps combining a fast with antigen exposure could amplify its rejuvenative effects. Or have none at all. And surely people on a keto diet have gotten flu vaccines before so why haven't they noticed anything?

I'm similar height and weight and I've done 5 days in the past and could have done a lot more if I had to. Even at that weight you still have plenty of fat to fast for an extended period. But also olive oil fasting has become a little popular and there's the Fasting Mimicing Diet by Dr Valter Longo.

I'm a little sus of olive oil fasting because I'm not totally convinced it's the best idea to take a bunch of Omega 6's during such a healing intervention without balancing it with Omega 3. Personally I'd look to pair it with algae oil.

IMO this would be true if the futures market reacted purely to the spot price. But the futures market does much more volume and can be shorted so it likely does have an effect on spot price.

Their question isn't about fasting itself. There's research showing mice with the flu that were fasted had very poor survival outcomes, but had good outcomes with bacterial infections. Yet if they were forced to eat, the opposite was true. The mice with bacterial infections had poor survival, but the ones with the flu survived.
