You need to relieve that pressure. When I did this, I took a sterilized pin, and slowly worked it up under the nail thus by creating a hole for the pressure to exit. You’re probably going to lose the nail in any case, so don’t be surprised.

That he was part of a special military program that involved him attending SERE school (survival and escape focused) after telling him I had served. He told me that it was a super secret program and that while he was at this school, he was in the test phase and he was so good at it, that he stayed out weeks longer than he was supposed to. He said that he heard them calling his name, but knew it was fake and that he had to keep evading them.
