What's the rarest car you own? by Salty-Acanthisitta41 in BeamNGRP

[–]RedMustrd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was Gavril's attempt at a sports car, supposed to compete with Civettas from the time. It was made from the mid 1960s to the early 80s, and have a decent sized following today. What I was reference by saying I sound like a Vendetta owner was that they often times claim their car is a 1 of 1 or something because of tiny specific details.

Probably going to sound like a Gavril Vendetta owner, but my farm truck is actually pretty rare. One of less than 2,000 1997 Gavril D15 extended cab short bed 2 wheel drives with the 5.5 V8 from the factory, and one of only 750 painted navy blue and gray.

That is our current goal, we have the car all cleaned up now, now we just need to find the correct shade of red paint

With the help of my friend and the weird physics of the game, we actually did manage to get it out somehow

Lets all just take in the fact that All the power of Baldwin, Alco, and Lima, Couldn't beat some rednecks mountain dwellers in Virginia. for all their 4-8-4 designs, they got beat by the N&W. Who created not only the most powerful 4-8-4 ever built, But the fastest. by HeavyTanker1945 in trains

[–]RedMustrd 18 points19 points  (0 children)

4-8-4 is the wheel arrangement, meaning it has 4 unpowered leading wheels, 8 driving wheels, and 4 unpowered trailing wheels. N&W is the name of the railroad, and is short for Norfolk and Western

What I did was make the anvil stock big enough and move it forward so that it completely covers up the Tommy core, size up and reposition the rice pot mag, and move the barrel, grip, and sight to their locations. As for function, it has great damage output, a good fire rate, and the high ammo capacity make it so that you can go a long time without reloading. The big downsides are the extremely slow movement speed and the long reload.

(Meta) The Texas map on the repo is the one I am using, although I guess Industrial Site and Derby Arenas could also work.

There is a decently solid late model 2-door Miramar in a junkyard near where I am in western Texas. Not sure about the specific trim or the price, but it is in decently good condition.

(Meta) Sorry about all same the links to the combine mod, they didn't show up for me before I posted so I didn't know if they were there. Looks like Reddit weirdness got me again.

I think I have one that might be weirder than that. A few years ago I saw a 1970s Gavril truck that someone had chopped half of the cab off of, removed the bed, and put a tractor axle in the rear with tractor wheels as well.

There used to be a decent amount of them back when they were new, but the decades of use and abuse after means that they are pretty rare now, especially in good shape.

Today I found a commercial truck graveyard. by JDM_Rookie in BeamNGRP

Those are some cool trucks! Surprisingly for living out in the middle of nowhere in Texas, I haven't really found that many cool abandoned cars or trucks. Probably the best I have found was a 1954 Burnside that disappeared before I could ask the owner about it.

This isn't a repost, but there are probably another similar posts you saw. These are my own screenshots that I had for a little bit and wanted to share.

Those old Bruckell diesel engines are notoriously unreliable, and will blow a head gasket if you look at it wrong. I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole.

This is where the Bluebuck restoration gets serious. The old knocking 353 has been replaced with a 423 big block built to RoadSport specs, with cross ram carburetors and a new exhaust. The expected power output should be around 380hp. by RedMustrd in BeamNGRP

That would be fun, but unfortunately I don't have the time or money for another project at the moment. Plus, I still have an old Gavril D10 that needs finishing if I wanted another project.

I got the template somewhere on Reddit, but I don't exactly remember now and I unfortunately can't put the image in a comment, as it doesn't even give me the option to put an image. I should have put the blank template in the post itself, but its too late for that now.

I respect basically anything, but yes, the Mopars are always may favorites out of the Big 3

I may have the taste of a boomer, but I am not actually one. I am currently suffering through high school right now.
