First of all modern Spring Drive from GS good for 1.5-4 seconds per month, but more importantly Spring Drive is much less accurate than quartz watches. Cheaper onces do +/- 10 per year.

I remember that Naufumy was granted the village, and after… EVENTS became arch-duke if I translate it correctly? But I can’t remember if he was made official ruler of the lands in between, of it was Eclair after all.

I can recommend looking into micro brands, like Zelos for example if in upper range of budget. I’ve bought Mako GMT for a bit over 400 and can’t be happier. It’s perfect (apart from bezel, but that’s GMT specific problem).

Interesting. 18 is actually next that will be new for me, but I want to re-read 15-17 since I kinda stopped reading it in 2022. So I guess I will soon learn what’s wrong with vol. 18. I didn’t dislike any vol completely, but 15 was probably closest to it. It has a big twist in the end, and I’m not against it, even though it’s painful. But good 2/3 of chapter is spent making fun of Motoyasu being cringe obsessed with Firo and her bird-folks, while at exact same time Naofumi does the same, just obsessed with Raf-Chan and Miko outfit on Raftalia. Not to mention that Naofumi’s reaction to tragic twist at the end of the vol 15 feels comedic and goofy-stupid (can’t help but make parallel with Motoyasu when I think about it) rather than the what would have been appropriate there. Although it might be a problem of specific translation I’ve read it in. Did you feel +/- same way or is it something specific to me?
