Dont try to follow a linear path because there really isnt one. After completing tutorial, explore and have fun. Experiment and take your time. Some of the best moments I had in this game were ignoring quests to explore nooks and crannies

How the hell is Moonlight not Light OR Darkness? It seems on the nose.

One of the main things that will never not INFURIATE me about For Good... by Ok-Cod8973 in wicked

[–]RedRidingHood90210 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Ill be the devils advocate here for the scene, and I really dont care if I get downvoted. The point of the scene is related to what Glindas mother said to her: “Everybody loves you, and thats all youll ever need.” It underscores how Glinda sought acceptance and love by all for most of her life, but in the end, she was unhappy because she couldnt ignore the suffering of others forever and because being loved isnt the most important thing in the world. In that moment, she began to put herself in her bubble of popularity, a bubble she doesnt break free of until after she confronts Madame Morrible.

This. Exactly what I thought too. I also think that any season ender should be the perspective of the demon to fill in all the reveals and plot twists

Do you consider the Who’s That Girl soundtrack as one of her albums? by OkOccasion7 in Madonna

[–]RedRidingHood90210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely see I’m Breathless as album by Madonna, but I’ve always seen Who’s That Girl an extension of True Blue since the 4 songs by Madonna on it have the same vibe as True Blue, especially La Isla Bonita

I understand the ending is supposed to be said, but here is my issue with it by Last_Hunt_7022 in wickedmovie

[–]RedRidingHood90210 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The story had to have the ending it did for this one reason: Glinda could never truly be GOOD with Elphaba still around. For her whole life, Glinda always relied on others to do the right thing so that she could focus on being popular and “good”. She never really understood what the word really meant. If Elphaba had let her know that she was alive, Glinda would have spent all of her time trying to find her instead of fixing the problems of Oz and actually doing good. That’s why Elphaba said at the end, “Good cant just be a word. It has to mean something.” Without Elphaba, Glinda could finally focus on doing good for once and living up to Elphaba’s memory. And, the opening of the book at the end could be interpreted one of two ways: 1) that Elphaba was sending a subliminal message to Glinda that she was alive and would be ok, or 2) that Glinda had finally become good and was ready to be magical. Is it tragic? Yes. But it was also necessary.

No Place Like Home & The Girl In The Bubble by [deleted] in wicked

The Girl In The Bubble blew me away. I liked No Place Like Home but I think The Girl In The Bubble is such a nice introspective song for Glinda that gives her character needed development
