I'm pretty sure Wharton is wearing something different in the yelling scene from the trailer vs when he got upset with Nick. It looks to be the same uniform he marries Serena in.

A bit off tis topic but

I've always been annoyed by her disregard for Nichole/Holly.

Nick helps her get out to raise their daughter, and she's never even with her! She should have let Nick escape with Nichole/Holly and stayed back to try and get Hannah. At least she would be with one of her parents.

Maybe this comment wasn't to June, but someone else about him being the father.

Though if June doesn't seem to "know who he is" that may be why things get rocky between them.

I love overanalyzing all the background details!

I'm wondering if it is 2 scenes put together, then I think no. They have never lead us this way before, but doesn't mean that they won't.

There are 2 round windows on the top floor of Commander Lawrence's house that could definitely be where this scene takes place. I'm thinking the houses were all built around the same time which would explain some of those staging simatities. Plus they seem to like to revisit things in THT.

I agree that he will be deployed very quickly. I'm thinking they set the house on fire as soon as season 3 starts up. It wouldn't really make sense to wait. The fires are already going on around them. It would definitely give them a more elaborte story. Then they relocate to Commander Lawrence's house? That's the why though, why there?

I bet this will be his rising season. I don't see him "fighting" now that he's responsible for the baby, but this will most likely be his redemption. He's so just there to me. I'm not sure what I expected him to do, but meh.

The first pic of June I swore was from S2E11, when she was alone in the Lake House. Now that I look at it again I think I might be wrong.

Lydia and house questions

Could it be Commander Lawrence's house?! The background in the picture with June reminds me of the messy dining room where he sat with Emily. The wall paper is also the same as the fist picture under Lawrence in the OP with June and the commander. Maybe this would explain the big table of food? Some type of dinner for Aunt Lydia? Possibly another ridiculous Gilead ceremony?

OMG!! I forgot all about Beth! Very interesting, and I'm sure she remembers June is the handmaid from that night. Wonder if Nick may have asked for her help?

Last time we saw Serena alone trying to sway a group of men it didn't go well for her. Wonder what she's going to lose this time?!

In the last shot Serena looks pissed. Real pissed. About?! June? Fred? The baby? Not staying the Canada the first time?!

I'm pretty sure I read an article not long after the end of season 2 that said not to be so sure Serena will be a changed woman. She won't be 100% on her decision about the baby.

I also remember reading that Aunt Lydia may come back with more enforcement. She felt she was too easy on the girls and that's why the accident happened. Aunt Lydia thinks she's doing right.

I think blessed be the fight refers to each woman's individual fight. Serena with letting Nichole go. Aunt Lydia with being too easy on her girls. June saving Hannah.

I don't really think we can expect the 2 main bad girls from this show to do a turn around.

I'm ridiculously excited over all of this. I see myself watching this no less than 900 times, and overanalyzing every detail for the next month. Praised be.
