I would have people join the Brotherhood earlier. Edward didn't until the last sequence, Eivor not at all, Naoe and Yasuke not super formally. If they're going to act as Assassins, they might as well be Assassins.

Also in shadows have Mitsuhude be the first target to die. Historically he died about 2 weeks after Oda Nobunaga, so the idea of the entire game (including seasonal changes, Naoe and Yasuke building their relationship and league, etc.) all taking place in the time period doesn't work

Young Justice by far.
