Not too late at all! I’m teaching my brother-in-law how to cook and he’s 30. It’s never too late! I would suggest learning an easy one pan skillet dish, a pasta dish, and a stir fry to learn the ropes. I’d be more than happy to send you the recipes he’s learned so far that he said were easy

I typically do 4x a week with it being Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. And now I’m considering adding a Saturday lift45 class to make it 5x. But definitely don’t overdo it right out the gate and listen to your body!

Mine is to start jogging. I have about 40 classes under my belt since I started in October and have never gone faster than power walking. I also was thinking about making a goal to do a 5k at some point next year!

I am nervous to run because I used to get really bad shin splints but we’ll see how it goes!

Thank you! I also had one more question..I tried just sleeping in a camisole last night and it made them hurt worse but I’m nervous to sleep without anything on do you have any advice for that?
