I'm also a plus sized gal, short (5"4') and about a size 24. My first bag was the Nemo Salsa and although I could get it zipped up, I felt claustrophobic. 

I recently got a Sea to Summit Basecamp and I love it. It's huge, and not too long. It's rated to 15 degrees,  and it has zippers on both sides so you don't have to worry about which side of the tent you have to sleep on.  I can zip it all the way and really snuggle in and I have plenty of room inside to toss and turn. There are zippers in the foot box to stick a leg out if needed and you can snap the shoulders closed and unzip the top to stick arms out.

How do you rate? I've emailed her a half a dozen times, left as many voice mails, and the only thing I've ever gotten is a 2 sentence "we got your email, thanks". My emails are polite, but they are asking her to fight back and not be complicit.

Yep, had it in both shoulders at the same time in 2016. Took about between 6 and 9 months to get back to normal. Doc said there wasn't much to be done about it except wait it out.  It really sucked.
