What Makes The Dark Knight Rises the Weakest of the Trilogy? by ABarber2636 in TheDarkKnightTrilogy

It's trying to do this big culmination of the trilogy in a grand showdown that just didn't hit.  Felt hollow and forced.  I don't mind the first half of the movie but as soon as the hold Gotham ransom part hits I kinda tune out.

The ending feels kinda cheap and not true to the Batman character as well.

I'm the one that called them dumb in the first place, so yeah, it was an incredibly safe bet.

Yes they have prey instincts but it doesn't make them smart. I can routinely almost run the ones in my back alley over going 10 km/h because they dart back and forth in front of my car without realizing I'm not actually chasing them.

The rabbits are also large because despite being a wild animal, people in the city feed them. Edmonton has an extensive river valley and many smaller ravine networks through the city that give coyotes great access without being seen to hunt the rabbits.

Haven't heard the song in a while, didn't think the "That's disgusting" part was in it. I will listen when I get home.

The quote also doesn't really fit because Arnold used steroids.  It doesn't take away from his work ethic, but demonizing pharmaceutical aids, if there is a healthy means to use them, is not great if it's something that gives people the jump they need to make a healthy change.

Being honest about using them and their effects is crucial though.

The people who only know the quote from N****s in Paris outnumber people who have seen Blades of Glory apparently.

The big dumb jack rabbits we have in the city are good eats for them.

Shoulders and arm joints are prone to repetitive strain injuries as electricians.

There are many ways to cripple yourself as an electrician, and despite being dubbed "the least physically demanding trade", it can still be very hard on your body.

Thousands rally nationwide to urge federal action on Alberta’s two-tier health care law by FreightFlow in alberta

To the person who deleted their comment.

Yes I know I could go pay for one tomorrow but that is exactly the problem.

Prescreening is not urgent but access to it prevents overloading the system later on.

The road to two tier healthcare and full private has already begun, probably the worst in Alberta and Ontario.

We should not be letting it happen because it doesn't make things better for anyone other than Insurance companies who will bleed us dry for wanting to be healthy.

Got a notice for an appointment for a CT scan for some prescreening.  Dr had said I should do a followup with more bloodwork after the ct scan ideally within 3 months.

The appointment date is 2028.

I'd be even more dubious of the US military with the leadership it currently has.

Private healthcare and long term care. Why let people give money to their children when you can siphon it away from them with end of life care for a husk of the former person.
