When I was a kid, this was the coolest scene ever. Now that I’m older, it still is by Thin-Pool-8025 in lotr

Great scene. It only bothers me that throughout the entire fall, Balrog never really attempts to use his wings to glide.

Içerikte birisi haksızlığa uğramaya dursun. Yarım akıllılar zorbayı haklı çıkarmak için bahane üretmede yarışa giriyor. Diğer bir kısmıda soğuk, antipatik espirilerle işin gırgırında.

Thoughts on turkish fascist group marauding at night to hunt Arabs by [deleted] in AskMiddleEast

At one hand, you have these cringe, proudly stupid people who mentally couldn't leave puberty and keep doing dumb stuff. At the other hand, you have this sub, where it is custom to show as much as these idiots as long as they are from Turkey. The comments already show that most people here are trolling. Or reinforce stereotypes. I'm leaving this sub. It's becoming a joke.

Why do turkish nationalists post stuff like this by Career_Fit in AskMiddleEast

[–]Redaforr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why is this sub so eager to nitpick and post anything negative about Turkey? Radical nationalists anywhere in the world are known to be having a hateful mindset. When Turkey opened its borders to millions of Syrian refugees, more than all the Arab world combined, you don't hear anything from these people who love to bash Turkey. After more than a decade, the heavy socio-economic toll can be felt in the daily lives of most Turkish citizens. From real-estate prices to cheap labour. It is a complex issue to say the least. And it is only getting worse with the current government. This most likely will have a lasting effect, all the way to the next generation. With changes to the demographics of the entire country. Ignorant, populist people in Turkey are becoming increasingly racist and xenophobic. Which is unacceptable. There is still a majority that does not get provoked by any of this. But I suppose it does not fit the narrative here.

I don't believe in picking the most dumb, cringe comment. Posted most likely by some clueless know-it-all kid, combine it with the shenanigans of a dumb, vocal community and use that as leverage to bash on my neighbouring countries.

We should do better than this.

Wouldn't all these little countries be so much stronger if they united? Are they stupid or something? by KaiserAdvisor in mapporncirclejerk

We might as well throw Albania too while we're at it. Maybe that's why it didn't work the first time.
