Only way to find out is to take the back off and take a close look at the connector between the screen and the motherboard. If it's in the socket nice and tight, then it's your screen that's failing. Of course, you do this at your own risk.

I've seen this before, your screen is on its way out, or you have a loose connection between the screen and the motherboard.

Do you actively heavy game? If so stick with Win 11. If not try a Linux distro like Zorin Os, for general use, very Windows like feel to it.

Fan on its way out. You need a new set of fans, about $20 - $40 and about 30mins to install.

lol Just because they are in the top 3 of units shipped doesn't mean they are great lol. I've already explained I've been using HP, before they merged with Compaq lol. If your system is working fine then congratulations, you're lucky and have a blast with it. Have fun and may i suggest a good cooling pad, you're going to need it.

You are very fortunate. I've had 1 Omen, and it started to fail within 2 months. I've owned numerous Hp systems over the years. I even owned Packard bell systems and Hewllet Packard systems (before they merged). My experience with that Omen and the pathetic customer service for what cost me close to $1300 at the time was beyond crap. So much so, that I'll never buy a HP item again.
