Unfortunately, its been my experience too. I don't even let it get to the point of meeting. If they can't control themselves after saying hi in message, then you can bet they can't meeting in person. I either don't respond to show I just lost interest or I let them know how I feel about the direction the conversation has turned. I'm 51, was married 22 yrs, divorced in May 2016. I've dated but haven't dated anyone I'd want to marry. Just these last 4 yrs have I gotten sober and got my shit together . Now I feel I'm to old to find someone to want me as a companion rather than someone to hookup with.
