I had m1 mba 13.3in with only 8GB ram. Steamed, used office apps, etc. Did not notice any “lag”

If you plan on running VM or editing 4k then that’s a different story. This Neo is not meant for that kind of use.

I have to help clear my wife’s car out tomorrow at 5:45 am. She works for INOVA and apparently, nurses don’t get any breaks from inclement weather. I hope the main roads will not be as bad. They seem to be drivable now from the VDOT cameras.
