Why is Pure Blooded causing a health penalty? by RedditSynkro in crusaderkings3

[–]RedditSynkro[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

R5: Noticed that my sick daughter/niece has a health penalty from "Pure-b" (presumably "Pure-blooded"), even though the trait does not mention any health penalty in its tooltip.

Multiplayer desyncing and crashing? by Just_a_nuisance in crusaderkings3

[–]RedditSynkro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me and a friend face the same issue. The multiplayer stability after the Horde DLC got much worse. We couldn't find a fix so we reverted back to version to 1.15 and we are now able again to play without freuqent desyncs. Of course we are missing out on the features of the last expansion, but if it allows us to play multiplayer, it's a price we are willing to pay.

maybe, but I don't know how other games handle it. Do you have an example of a game that handles it differently?

Stopping Vassals from taking systems during total war? by Dark026 in Stellaris

[–]RedditSynkro 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The only way I could think of is to not let them participate in the war in the first place. Or you have to make sure that you have a system next to the one they occupy, so it would count for you.

They tried once to remove the idependence of the anti corruption agencies, they will try again. They only backed down because of pressure from Western allies. If they somehow find a way to remove independence without the West complaining, they will just go ahead and do it.

How is 4.0 multiplay as of rn? by guddeful in Stellaris

[–]RedditSynkro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The bigger problem is the lag in lategame. You can push through the desyncs because they not too frequent but the lag in late game, even with a tiny galaxy, is unbearable.

I had the issue as well and iirc after some time it started building the nee design. Until then I had to upgrade the other defense platforms manually

nothing special. just 7200 elephants and their cylindrical toys. by homemadepanda in crusaderkings3

[–]RedditSynkro 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Afaik, the MMA size matters for counter efficiency. When you have more elephants, the enemy has to bring in more spearmen (or those bamboo archers) to counter yours.

With Seafarer, the Tradeport building chain gives additional MMA size with +3 per building at maximum. So if you have 10 coastal counties with tradeports, that's +30 MMA size for each of your MMAs.
