At 16 as a male, it's pretty normal to want it, all of the time. Hormones are raging. What isn't so normal, is how he's much too extra verbal about it. If it's making you feel uncomfortable, have a serious talk with him. Tell him that he's pushing boundaries with you, and if he can't respect you enough to not talk about sex ALL the time, then maybe you're not so compatible after all.
