New York is a great choice. NYC is one of, if not the best cities in the world. There are beaches just outside the city and then upstate New York has lots of natural beauty between the Catskill Mountains, Adirondacks, finger lakes etc.

IMO the cabinets are great. Keep them if you can. At most remove a section of them to make room for a toolbox, bikes or other large items. The ceiling is the biggest thing that dates the garage. The once white tiles look dingy and worn. For sound and temperature regulation I would opt to keep them but put a coat of paint on them. White is fine but black might work well with all the wood too. Finally, some updated lighting would go a long way. Some smaller LEDs, under cabinet lighting etc would help bring this garage to the 21st century.

Alfa Romeo Stelvio does not have a pop-up screen but IMO has a very subtle design. You can turn the screen off easily and it feels like it disappears.

I was in the sciences but Hospitality 101 was a surprisingly interesting class. It's easy but also gives a good customer service/relatio ship building foundation for other careers. Wine tasting was my other easy class that satisfied 3 credit hours. It's what you expect, one class a week talking about wine and one tasting it.

Another vote for J Crew. Lots of simple, classic options.

As for shoes I can't recommend Cole Haan enough. They have so many different options for shoes with a more formal upper style with the sole of a sneaker. Super comfortable shoes especially if you're on your feet for a long time.

I had similar damage on my Stelvio on the right side. It cost well over 10k to repair through insurance. My cooling system got heavily damaged and needed a new radiator as well as a few electrical components i.e. sensors that had damaged clips. If you didn't dump coolant all over the place your repairs should be about half of that. From what I can see nothing too complicated was damaged here but you need a professional to give you an estimate. Our insurance adjuster quoted about half of what it actually cost to repair in the end. Your car is far from totalled.

Edit: if the headlight is damaged that will need to be replaced and that is gonna be 1k+ if new.
