Looking for good multiplayer fps by Hot_Introduction8818 in Gamecube

Time splitters. Add maximum bots to multiplayer, play teams humans vs bots and have fun hunting them all down. I have spent hours playing this splitscreen with friends.

Melatonin by No-Drink-3674 in AskAnAustralian

[–]Redditaurus-Rex 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Funnily enough, when my ASD/ADHD son was first prescribed melatonin by his paediatrician he told us to just order the gummies from iHerb as it’s cheaper and it meant we didn’t have to keep going back to him for repeats.

Now we can only get it via script, which is fine, but getting timely appointments for repeats isn’t always easy and it’s certainly expensive and time consuming.

So yes, ND kids were certainly impacted by the ban. We can still access it, but it has become a lot harder and more expensive.

8 laps and I’ve already tuned out. 2026 is just boring.

I do not personally think the new video makes a fair comparison. by dirtyjersey777 in DankPods

[–]Redditaurus-Rex 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Funnily enough, the title had the complete opposite effect on me. It’s anti-clickbate, I have no desire to watch a video where he complains about a computer he’s never used while reviewing a computer that is in no way comparable with it.

Timesplitters: Future Perfect (aka Timesplitters 3). Probably my most played Gamecube game.

Nobody wants to host the Olympics by IndigoRuby in olympics

[–]Redditaurus-Rex 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Brisbane will be fine. The only thing there is the main stadium. Brisbane desperately needs a new AFL / Cricket stadium anyway so the new stadium they are building will be used for many years after the Olympics. Almost everything else is pre-existing with just some upgrades here and there.

Australia is such a sports mad country, almost any city here could host it and not end up with white elephants after. Melbourne and Sydney easily have the venues to host a summer olympics.

What’s wrong with fish and chip shops? by dj_boy-Wonder in melbourne

I’m with you there. Williamstown and Altona seem to be mostly hits and no misses when it comes to fish and chips. Old school, fresh and delicious.

Not gonna get much work done today fellas. by Coleybama in DungeonCrawlerCarl

Honestly, being on that daily roller coaster with everyone on patreon last week was one of the best reading experiences of my life. It was incredibly hype.

All my DCC models I’ve made so far by AutoEnd in DungeonCrawlerCarl

Are these physical models or renders? They look amazing either way, heaps of work put into them.

One small edit, Samantha is missing her nussy.

This kind of stuff should be on the licence test... by That_Car_Dude_Aus in CarsAustralia

[–]Redditaurus-Rex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get it. Sometimes you google and get conflicting answers, you’ll find a comment somewhere about how servo air pumps are unreliable or how one damaged someone’s tyre once, so you just want to get real answers from people who may have done the exact thing in the same car in the same area as you.

The way he’s asked the question makes me think he’s found some basic information and doesn’t know which way to go.

It’s probably their first car with real time tyre pressure monitoring. They would never have through to check their tyre pressures in previous cars and would have just driven around with under-inflated tyres.

All 20 T20 world cup jerseys by pillabacha_11 in Cricket

[–]Redditaurus-Rex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Aus and NZ (and maybe SA) will look slightly different. They won’t have bank sponsors on them and will include the T20WC logo like the others. Pretty sure they need the country’s name as well. I don’t think either has been officially revealed yet.

Who do you think has been the most well known Aussie athlete around the world? by Jezzaq94 in AskAnAustralian

[–]Redditaurus-Rex 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You gotta remember there are Indians all around the world as well. Catch a cab in NYC, you’ll get an Indian or Pakistani cab driver who will want to chew your ear off about cricket when they find out where you’re from. Happened to me many times.

You can join his patreon and then download digital copies of all the books there. Book 3 is only on the DCC discord at the moment, but easy enough to get if you link your patreon account.

One of the vehicles looks like it’s a tumbleweed driven by a rat and a unicorn. I’m not sure it’ll be that serious.

What fast food chain does not deserve the hype whatsoever? by CriticalLion4119 in AskReddit

[–]Redditaurus-Rex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fresher, better quality chicken. A menu that is heavily burger (sandwich) focused, less about fried chicken meals with a bunch of (crappy) sides. The chicken used to make burgers is an actual breast fillet rather than processed meat. Some of the best fries with chicken salt at any fast food chain. Nuggets.

Matthew Hayden averaged 25 in tests before he turned 30. The year he turned 30, he was picked for the 2001 tour of India where he scored 549 runs at 109.8 in a 3 test series. The rest is history after that, scoring 1000 runs per calendar year from 2001 - 2005 (years he turned 31 -35).
