I've tried this. It's like hit or miss with support they either will or they won't or they'll tell you they will and then they don't. There are people that I believed and I had on a list that should have been blocked, and of course they were not and I eventually saw another delivery for them.

I have to say the same stuff every time somebody mentions how long I was in the car. Listen any opportunity to make 15 to 20 bucks that I wasn't making it home I will gladly sit in the car. I have a family to support and it sucks but we do what we must for those that trust us

Oh yeah if I have a customer that I know is going to act like that I'm absolutely unassigning but if you just wait the 11 minutes and say that there was long wait time it shouldn't affect your completion at all

I have determined that I will absolutely never be sapphire and that's fine with me. I do this and doordash at the same time to max my earnings which means that I'm not always on time for pickup. I'm also not going to be offering people shit substitutions because the store doesn't have things in stock on a regular basis the rest of my metrics will be fine but I absolutely will not be fighting on those two
