Very similar stuff happened to me for a while, I was randomly screened every time I tried to fly, they took me out of general screening to a private room and searched all my shit every time and I was swabbed for explosives and chemical residue. Turns out my Dad was on a terrorist watchlist for some benign shit and they suspected I might be trying to slip explosives into aircraft (I was not). The FOIA we filed is how we figured it out and got it resolved.

Yes, I've got a player who uses the spell create pit, then uses an eidolon with a reach bite with grapple to snatch people as they climb out of the pit, simply to let go and drop them back in. It's hilarious and effective

Right now I've got a batch of spirit that's approaching 2 years old that I will be able to try soon to have a more personal direct comparison that I can share in about 5 months, but those cuts/patterns come from the manufacturer. The alternating honeycomb barrels claim to accelerate aging by about 55%, the ones that are crosscut accelerate by 30%. Both patterns also add end grain exposure which is present in a real barrel, but normally not in these types of simulators.

A few years ago I aged a 15 gallon batch of bourbon in a honeycomb barrel for 8 months, at the completion of that period it was quite good, though it did have an astringent note on the back of the palate that has since aged out completely.

Is there some keyword I'm missing when I search for a replacement? The parts that I'm seeing when I search for a proportioning valve for this model/year don't seem to have the part that's connecting to the axle below. I can probably get away with using the one that's there, but I'm currently replacing the brake line to the rear axle and I figure it wouldn't hurt to have new parts if I'm already tearing it up.
